Perfect for any day of the week, this vegetable stir fry is bound to tickle anyone’s tastebuds. Packed full of protein, fibre and iron- as well as our smooth and rich award-winning Cannabis Sativa L. extract. We’ve used our Narrow Spectrum 1500mg 30ml Oil in this recipe due to its light, simple flavour, making it the best CBD to drizzle over any meal. This easy recipe can be done in just 15 minutes with only a few simple ingredients- and it’s fully vegan!

Stir Fry Ingredients

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Narrow Spectrum Dragonfly CBD Oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 handfuls of cashews
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • Sesame seeds

You could serve this dish with rice, quinoa or noodles- or eat it on its own as a veggie-packed bowl! To make this recipe gluten-free, you could use Tamari instead of soy sauce. You can also make this oil-free by using water, or replace cashews with any nuts you fancy. For those that prefer a punchier taste, feel free to add some chilli!

Top Tips

Make sure that you cut all vegetables to a similar size, to ensure even cooking throughout your dish! With stir fry veggies, you really don’t want to get both soft and crunchy pieces. To get the most flavour out of your garlic, you should gently warm it up along with the oil, instead of adding it to hot oil. This infuses the garlic into the oil, creating a fuller garlic taste!

When cooking with CBD, it’s also important to not heat it too high, as this makes it less effective. That’s why we recommend using CBD Oil as a wellness topper at the end of your cooking, to avoid wasting any of it.
